Time flies

When you have a little baby in the house time do flies..
Cant believe that he is 8 weeks already. Just look at this cute face

We are spending every moment together and i am amazed over how much new stuff he is teaching me.. Like how you can fit in endless love for two kids in your heart that you already thought was filled to the brim, or how fun it is to pee every time mommy takes my diaper of ( i swear he has some kind of radar as soon as i lift the tape of one side he thinks *Yeihhh pee time*) or how it is possible to fill the laundry basket in only two days, or how easy it is to charm my moms socks of at 6 in the morning when she rely would love to be sleeping in, it just takes a big huge smile and mommy's heart melts, or how amazing it is to watch brother and sister together they already love each other so much.. Even though little miss thing after five days at home with mr handsome suggested that we should sell him at the super market *lol*

and i actually did have some time to scrap, not to easy with a baby laying next to you but to save my sanity i had to create something ;) Something turned into three layouts.
The first one is about his cute little feets, there is something about baby feets so small and so cute you just want to kiss them!

I found a old piece of lace cardstock that i think i have had in my stash forever as a mask and sprayed with glimmer mist over it i love how it turned out =)
And i almost made it without using any pink.. It will take some adjustment to go from pink to blue i think ;)

I ordered a huge box of scrapiness and in that box there was some new websters pages, i love the ladies and gents line and the country estate and they where perfect for these pics of me and mr Handsome.
And the ever so sweet Janine edited my pics, and if you need to get out of a scrappers block or just need a new perspective on stuff ask someone else to edit your pics, it was so much fun to scrap with these pics.

for the third layout i also used allot of websters but blogger wont let me upload it at the moment apparently *grrrrr* so i will be back wit it some other day!
And just like that, 5 minutes for my self just flew by.. little Mr handsome wants some attention!

I have a little prince...

He has us all totally infatuated with him, he is such a joy and i am so in love.

We are home enjoying getting to know each other, living in a bubble of our own with days filled with cuddles, love, tears, breastfeeding, not enough night sleep, the apartment looking like a big mess, and just total bliss.

I have a beautiful little girl, a supporting and loving hubby that i cherish for the world and i have a beautiful baby boy.

What more can i ask for, i feel so blessed.

Here he is our little bundle of joy.

1 day left.. Maybe more who knows I'm so ready, that's all I'm going to say cause that's how it is... I'm am ready SO ready.

Survived the 32 year birthday yesterday ;) The hubby and little miss thing woke me up with breakfast on bed, and a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, i love pink roses( they almost look like you could eat them in its pink chubby glory)

here is a little pic (that i have played with in picnic) of one of the roses, they are so pretty!

Little miss thing gave me a story that she had written her self with drawings, it was a adorable story about her and me out in the woods, those are the best gifts the ones that just melts your heart. It was so cute.
The hubby bought me this dress that i have had my eyes on for a while, i adore it. It is from Kapahls vintage story collection that is inspired from the turn of the 19:th century. (Picture borrowed from kapahl.se), you can see the whole collection here

The rest of the day we spent together in the sun just taking it easy and then we went out for dinner and ice cream, i had a great day and now i just have to get uses to the fact that I'm 32...

Easter is coming so i made this little Easter gift for little miss thing to give her grandma

I bought these cute pink flower pots at Ikea and realized that they would be great to alter with some prima flowers, and bling.

I added some natural fibers for the birds nest, i sprayed it with Key Lime glimmer mist and then just added a bird and some candy eggs.

It was so easy and fast to make, think i will do two more!

I have an amazing friend

I have a friend who i am pretty sure everyone knows who it is, because she is one of a kind crafter and truly has a style of her own that i know so many (including my self =) ) admires, she has a unique way with colors and getting so many special little details on her layouts and everything she creates is pure magic!

I am so happy that she finally is on her way to release some products of her own =) And of course I'm talking about the fantastic Miss Ingvild Bolme!

She has made her own scrappy tools (available soon i think) and i know she had a little something something to do with these amazing Corine flowers for Prima..

She was sweet enough to send my a box the other day with some gifts for the sweet pea and for little miss thing and some flowers for me to play with, her box made me so happy and I'm so happy to have her as a close friend! (She really is the sweetest and funniest, she always makes me laugh when we talk) You are amazing sweetie!!
Isn't it funny with some products once you see them you know you have to have them, wanting to use them on every thing you create, but at the same time you don't want to use all of them because you want to keep them forever.. Or is it only me who gets this obsessed with scrappy stuff *lol*

Well anyway that is exactly how i feel about these flowers !

So here is a layout i created with them and some other Prima faves

I love this pic of little miss thing it just makes me fall in love with her all over again, i am so proud of this little girl and i want her to know that no matter what i will always believe in her, and will always be here for her whatever she decides to do in her life i want her to know that she is strong and whatever she wants she should never doubt her own ability to get there..

the love for your kids is really the strongest there is nothing i wouldn't do for them, love booth of them so much (even though i just have met one of them yet ;)

Oh the days are going by slowly... Luckily spring has sprung so i have the chance to get outside and enjoy the sun and all the beautiful spring flowers, not today though today its grey and windy so I'm in editing some recent pics, browsing the web just making time go.

At almost week 39:

*Sweet pea has a bit smaller space to move around in but gives some good kicks on my ribs from time to time

* I drink gallons of apple juice everyday, I'm thirsty all the time

* Running to the bathroom every fifth minute or so because it always feel like i have to go ( and yes drinking allot do have that effect as well)

*I'm caring the belly so much lower then before and i feel allot of pressure and heaviness, seeing this as signs on that it hopefully soon will be time to meet the precious little one

* The hubby and I FINALLY agreed on a name that we booth love, one if it is a boy and one if it is girl (what do you think it is?)

* Having pelvic pains de luxe, don't know how to sit, lay or walk some days

*Preparing my self for turning 32 next week, how did that happen i always think I'm still 25... ;)

*Have a appointment at the midwife on Friday..

And i have little card to share as well, I'm not a card maker, its to small of a space to work with for me ;) but sometimes its fun to do something you don't normally do, but some flowers and of course a butterfly found its way on there.

Bought new shoes for little miss thing the other day..

We do live in a pink bubblegum sort of world, but sometimes her mother thinks that other colors are pretty to..

And bought her a pair of red shoes and to sell the red shoes i bought a red dress to, sort of as a bribe ;)

The dress was approved by her but the shoes was apparently looking to boyish..

So we had to " Girly them up" a bit.

I found these cute embroidered roses from Panduro´s Tilde series

And with some fabric glue and changing the shoelaces with these ribbons (also from Panduro) ,

the end result looked like this and little miss thing was very happy..

It was so easy and so fun and it changed the look of the shoe so much, thinking about doing something similar to my own shoes..

Will see what i come up with!

Scrapping and waiting..

37 full weeks today..

I have to admit that i am wee bit tired of being pregnant at this point...

The belly is huge and i just want to hold my little sweet pea in my arms and be able to have a waist again ;)

The days go by slowly and i know I'm a bad blogger these days but the energy i have left is saved for some scrapping.

I'm still waiting to get into the nesting face of the pregnancy, i know some women who gets "cleaning crazy" at this point... I still think cleaning and vacuuming is well yes pretty boring, so i was kind of looking forward to going crazy with cleaning and all.. but nope didn't happen last time and it don't seems to appear this time around either.

But i think I'm nesting in another sort of way,i have been obsessed with filling the freezer with food, making all sorts of casseroles so that the rest of the family don't have to starve once sweet pea makes his or hers entrance in our life's and the chef (read me) don't have time for making gourmet dinners every day ;)

Went to the midwife today for a regular check up, everything was fine with booth me and the little pea, she said with a smile that at this point the baby can come any time, then she asked me in which week little miss thing was born, and i went two weeks past my due date with her. So then she reminded me that i might have 5 whole weeks left this time to... 5 weeks feels like forever right now.

I have a layout to share to felt like scrapping with bright happy colors, lots of yellow and pink mixed with turquoise ( i know the paper looks more blue on this pic but irl it is much brighter)

Little miss thing told us what her plans was for the future.. So cute!!

"When i grow up i want to be a professional horse rider, a princess and maybe veterinarian also..."

But i never want to move away from you and dad i always want to live with you"

Not so sure she will feel the same about the moving out part in a couple of years, but it will be nice to show her when she is a teen and complaining about living at home what she promised when she was 5 ;)

Ohhh don't you love all those little clever things that they say at the lovely age of 5 and a half.?

They do leave you speechless sometimes don't they?!

This story i felt right away that i had to scrap it.
Little miss thing took a long good look at my face one morning and when i asked her what she was doing she answered -" Just looking if you´r like grandma"

-"Like grandma? "

-" Yes, she has wrinkles lots of them, you do now that they are coming when you are getting old mom?!"...

What do you answer to stuff like that?!!! *LOL*

And just what i needed to hear right now as well, that I'm getting old ;)

But it did make me laugh, so i created a layout with the story so she can remember this one day, when she has kids of her own, who will think that 32 (almost just a month of 31 left ;) ) is a high age..

Springtime

I think i can sense spring..

It´s just bits of small changes everyday, like that the sun seems to be up a minute longer each day, there is a bit of warmth in the wind, little birds singing outside my window.. I long for light and to see colors outside again for the last couple of week it has been so gray and dull, but now that seems to change to my satisfaction!

And a new month has begun, March which brings me closer to my due date, just a month and a half to go now. I'm so curious to see who you are, if you will be like your sister who was such a calm baby she was awake most of the day and slept almost the whole night through almost from the start, is it possible to get that lucky again ;)

So curious to see what you look like, if you are a boy or a girl.. what color your eyes will be, will you be a image of your dad just like your big sister was or will there be more resemblance to me this time.. Soon little sweet pea i will know, cant wait!

Little miss thing has been her bright happy self, giving her mother so many new pics to scrap, she has started dancing in a ballet class and i cant wait to get these pics scrapped, I'm just waiting to get my hands on some new Prima and Crate so much new scrappy happy stuff that i want!!

Hi!

Cant believe that it has been over a month since i posted here, but gosh I'm so tired right now the belly is getting bigger each day. 32+2 weeks today so I'm guessing being tired is ok at this point ;) It just feels like the weeks are going by soooo slowly.

Here are some resent belly pic´s and i am so much bigger this time, with little miss thing i was about this big at week 39.

At week 32 i am experiencing a whole new level of tiredness

The little sweet pea has turned upside down so i feel lots of bumps and kicks on my ribs

I'm thirsty all the time and my cravings for apple juice is still present

I have cravings for chocolate (but then again i always crave for chocolate) and green apples

The little sweet peas heart rate is 132/minute

I have done some scrapping though, a good thing about not having so much energy for other stuff is that it makes me sit down and enjoy scrapping even more.

I loved this months BAP from Prima and here is my take on it.

These pic of little miss thing always makes me smile she loves being in front of the camera making booth silly and sweet faces!

I LOVE using butterflies on my layouts i don't think i ever get tired of them.. Or flowers.. What are your favorite things to add to your pages?

Happiness-2011

I remember seeing so many layouts last year from scrappers who chose their word for the year sort of like a mantra i guess, i found it very inspiring but i never came around to what word i wanted..

Well this year i have not seen so many "My word layouts" but i thought about it and decided i needed a good word so what could be better then "Happiness"?! With a little new one on the way and all the the new adventures that brings i decided that put my worries about everything to nothing aside and to meet life with a new attitude, to embrace the challenges that is given me and to try to see the best in everyone and everything so Happiness it is!

Not so much journaling on this one but at least i did a tiny bit of handwriting ;)

Just before i created this one i just read a email from dear sweet Steph, I remember first seeing Steph´s work on SIS and i was blown away with her designs and use of colors. Through SIS, Two peas and Scrapbook.com i got to know her a bit she is as sweet as she is talented! Through Steph i also found the sweet talented Janine´s work, and then later on me and Janine ended up on the Prima team together and these two Aussie ladies are the sweetest and most talented ladies i know.
Steph always has the most amazing color combos on her layouts and always make everything POP out of her page, so when i started creating this page i tried to channel my inner Steph Devlin,thank you for the inspiration sweets!

Now I'm going to sit down in the sofa together with little miss thing who has got my fever and cold, typical once i get better she gets sick. So the day will be spent in our PJs not doing anything proper! Maybe some ice cream eating to

Christmas Kisses

I always take a bunch of pics over Christmas and i always have the best intention when i think that I'm going to scrap all of them... So i decided that at least a few more pics from 2010 X.mas will be scrapped the next couple of days. I even did some handwriting on this one as well, the journaling journey continues.

I love papers that you can cut out details from and mix them together to make it your own, on this one lots of Websters papers got butchered ;) Its something so calming almost like meditation when you sit there with the siccors in your hand cutting out details.. I don't mind that it is a bit time consuming I'm just enjoying it, which is your favorite technique at the moment?

The story about this pic is a bit fun and i hope little miss thing will laugh about it when she is older to..

What may look all cuddly and cute on the pic was not so easy to achieve irl..

My Christmas cards where all ready and we just had to take the pic that was going to be in them, the weather had been so grey the last couple of days so it had been impossible to take pics inside.

Well i couldn't wait any longer, the cards needed to get in the mailbox so one day after a Christmas celebration at little miss things pree school i decided that it ok we have Christmas outfits on so lets go!!

If you have kids you know how collaborating they can be after a long day at pree school followed by a party...

I had an idea that it would look so cute if we could get it on a pic when she kisses the belly, she usually do this every time she says good bye or good night..

The hubby who also was a bit tired got the camera around his neck not knowing really on how to work the camera which resulted in a stressed out and annoyed pregnant me.. This of course reflected on little miss thing as well who just stood there with here arms crossed over her chest saying nooooooooooooooooooo pics!!!! I'm tired..

Meanwhile i tried explaining some settings on the camera for the hubby, little miss thing hid under the table.

It ended up with me bribing the poor girl with some cookies and some hot chocolate.. For ONE kiss.

It was the fastest kiss ever i tell you! And at the end i didn't care if it was a good pic, just that there actually was A pic...

A Happy Scrappy start of the new year

*LOL* i have been more creative this past week then what i have been in months,, so i say that that is a happy scrappy start of 2011, and I'm planning some scrapping today as well since the weather has gone from gorgeous snow covered to water drenched grey mess...

And as a new year resolution i decided that i will try to focus a bit more on journaling in my layouts, and actually try to use my own handwriting on them.. Its scary i always feel like I'm ruining the whole layout when i start writing...

But a new years resolution is a new years resolution and i have decided to stick with it.. It was either that or try to eat less chocolate... So i thought i would be best to stick with the one i actually had a chance to keep ;)

So here it is the first layout of the year, "Five", i wrote down little miss things 5 favorite things at 5 (and a half to be exact) sort of a light start on my journaling journey!

Played with some old and new Websters papers, the flowers from the magical wishes line are soooo gorgeous, and i finally had a chance to use my new Martha border punch, i think it will be used allot from now on!

I LOVE dress forms and this is from the sweet season line so cute, i played with it a bit and added some flowers and pearl maker to make it even more girly.

I have just rolled 30 chocolate truffles for tomorrows dinner and I'm taking a brake, thought i would share the winner of the give away and share some of my favorite projects from 2010.

Merry Christmas give away

Wishing all of you a very merry and cheer full Christmas!

We are going away for a few days to spend time with family and loved ones, see you when i get back.

Week 22

Yikeeeeeeeeeees the days just flies by here, cant believe that Christmas is just around the corner, i have some serious Christmas shopping to do still!!

And can you believe it I'm 22 weeks pregnant.. I KNOW! Time flies.

As much as possible i am trying to put my worriness aside and just enjoying the ride..

So i just thought i would pop in and share a little update about pregnant life at week 22..

Here is what i have discovered so far

*Sweet pea is a bit calmer then what his or hers sister was but still throughs in a few punches here and there that makes me almost loose my breath

*Sweet pea thinks just like big sis that the best time for these punches is at night when mommy tries to sleep

* Sweet pea takes up a larger living space then what big sis did..

My belly is HUGE i think i am as big as i was with miss thing in week 30..

* Indian cuisine is a BIG no no ( i love spicy food normally) just the smell of curry makes me feel sick

* Popcorn together with peanut butter morsel's is such a great combo

* The smell of raw meet makes my mouth water

* I am thirsty all the time and i have cravings for apple juice in the middle of the night

* The tiredness ohh my the tiredness i feel like i am almost never really awake..

* Contractions when I'm stressed out gives me the big scare about 5 times a day, need to slow down!!

* Little miss thing will be an amazing big sister, today she shared the best idea ever..

" Mom the baby can sleep in my room, we can move away my big bed and put in a bunk bed instead and the baby sleeps down stairs and when it cries at night i can go up and feed it with peanut butter..."

As far for my scrappy happy life i have done some creating just don't have something to show quite just yet I'm working on a layout right now, so here is just a little peek so you don't think i have given up on scrapping ;)

I will try to get it finished soon so i have something scrappy to show here!

Winter is here

Not much time for blogging or scrapping when the snow starts falling ;)

I LOVE this time of year especially when the snow comes, we are out playing going on sleigh rides
drinking hot cocoa and getting are noses red!
And i as a true mamarazi ;) of course takes tons of pics!

Jingle bells, let it snow and all kinds of music

Christmas music is playing all day long here, the hubby might go insane before Christmas actually arrives he says..

Well i don't know if Judy Garland or Bing Crosby has made anyone go made before so i think he will be just fine!

I LOVE old chrstimas songs, "have your self a merry little Christmas", "let it snow" "one night divine" and the list goes on, what kind of Christmas songs are your favorites?

The Christmas cards are now done *Yeiiihhh me* i usually sit frenetic creating them in the very last minute, but not this year!!

I think i have used about 5 meters of ribbon, a ton of pattern paper, a whole bottle of scrappy glue and my thumb is sore after punching out all those snowflakes! But now all of them are done and now i just have to take this years Christmas pic that will be inside the cards.. I have a few ideas i just have to get the hubby to understand how i want the pics to turn out..We have a loooong photographing weekend ahead of us *lol*

Christmas is fast approaching, i have totally got caught in tinsel, papers, glue, ribbons, and enjoying myself tremendously!!

I love this time of year, i love taking out my favorite decorations from the boxes i stoved them away in last year, i love listening to Christmas music it always puts me in such a good mood, so the last two weeks just flew by here meanwhile i was card making,christmasdecorating,started working again after being home for a month, decorating baking, having friends over, taking care of a sick child and a whole bunch of other stuff.

isn't this the most wonderful time of year?!

Just a quick post today with a collage with a few small pics from my decorated home, and a Christmas layout.
The layout is a bit different from my others.. there is NO flowers on there what so ever, it took me forever to create it it felt so naked without anykind of flower embellishes ;) But its nice to step outside your comfort zone sometimes!

And yes i found the right Christmas papers thank you so much for your great tips, i fell for these papers , i love the combination of white red pink and turquoise!

Hope everyone had a great weekend =)
I have just had a calm and nice weekend together with family and friends that always makes me happy.
Thought i might find the time for some creating some tomorrow, and when i was going through my file with pics to scrap i came across this layout, it was the first thing i created after my scrapbook break..
The pics has been used on other layouts before but they always make me smile and i love that little girl!
And as you might have noticed my new love when it comes to creating is glimmer mist and masks ;)

Christmas papers..

First of all Thank You so much for all your congratulations and well wishes on my post below, cant tell you how happy they made me!

Christmas is fast approaching and i am as always starting my christmas card making later then what planned ;)

But this year i cant really find THE papers.. I have seen so many beautiful lines out there but no one that has made gone "Those are the ones I'm gonna use!!"

Is not so little and i think i want to share it with you right now..

Its something that has made me smile, made me nervous and anxious, made feel sick, and made me feel highs of joy...

Yep I'm PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you who has seen some of my layout´s before may know that some of them has been about the struggle we went through with my miscarriages and it has taken us so much longer to get pregnant again then what i expected, but finally i am sitting here with a growing belly, and i tell you its HUGE i was not this big with little miss thing! I'm so happy and excited and nervous still cant really shake the worriness of, about that something bad could happen but most of the time i am enjoying the joys of pregnancy, you know morning sickness (not so much anymore though) extreme tiredness, being hungry all the time, having a hard time to find clothes that fit, roller coaster emotions, having cravings about apple juice and red apples in the middle of the night...

Happy Halloween everyone that celebrates Halloween, wish we did it more here in Sweden i love to dress up in costumes and spooky stuff is FUN!

At little Miss Thing´s pree school the kids could come in customs yesterday if the wanted to, and of course she wanted to! My otherwise pink girly

girl wanted to be a witch, we had so much fun getting her ready, we sprayed her hair in red, painted her nails and lips black she looked quite scary at the end!

I actually did scrap some more yesterday, a few pics from last summer when we are blowing bubbles in the park. I used so many fun techniques on this one, misting,distressing hand cutting, puff up paint on the letters.. Ahh the joys of creating again!

So here is the final result

Rain, Rain, Rain

The rain is poring down here.. Normally i actually like fall, i love the rich colors, the trees with all their beautiful leaves, i love to curl up in the sofa with a big cup of tea, i love afternoon walks in the autumn sun with a light chill in the air..
But right now its windy, grey, cold and the rain is just poring down non stop..
What bugs me the most is that there is no light,t its so grey and that is depressing..
Luckily this gives me a opportunity to be inside scrapping, every cloud has its silver lining i guess ;)
But its hard to get a good pic when there is no light, so I'm leaving you with a layout that i created yesterday, and i apologise for the bad pic..
When i started creating it i knew which title i wanted to use, i knew which pic to use, i knew that i wanted to cut some of the beautiful flower patterns from my prima papers..
Then it came to the journaling..and i felt that it was a bit personal..
But then when i started to thinking about what to write it hit me that i had achieved the feeling i wanted in the layout without actually writing my thoughts down! Kind of felt good.
But i do need to get better on having more journaling on my pages!!
Just took a peek at the layouts i created yesterday and realised that i don't have much journaling there either *lol*
Promise i will work on that.
So here it is " A new Chapter"
Life takes turns sometimes and it takes sometime to figure out how to get back on track and now i think i am :) in more then one way..
I think that makes me deserve a BIG cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows right now ;)

Scrappiness...

Today i have scrapped, and scrapped some more and the some, complete happiness or as i now call it scrappiness i love being in a creative state of mind again it makes me happy and i think my brain might go on creative overload soon. I have finished 4 pages for the mini album, created 2 layouts working on a third and started with a banner for little miss things room.
That is what i call multi tasking ;) the hubby call´s it insanity... And he gently reminded me that the living room floor is a space that all of the family is supposed to be able to use.
In my mind i was going "Whats wrong with climbing on the furniture????!!!" but i don't think that was the answer he was looking for..
I will try to take pics of it soon, but living in grey cold rainy fall land called Sweden is not making it easy.
But i thought i would share two pieces i made for a article in a Russian mag that featured a few from the prima dt, we all contributed with a layout and a card and a tutorial. Mine was about coloring your own flowers i used flowers from Primas innocence line, a stamp pad and some glittery gorgeous embossing powder, (you can see the flowers on the layout) if you haven't tried the innocence line do so its so much fun to get your hands dirty!
Well now i guess its time to clean up my scrappymess here.. So till next time lots of love and scrappiness♥♥♥

The Prima Idea book

For little more then a yer and half ago the prima team was asked to contribute with their best and innovative ideas on how to use Primas products the ideas where going to be used for the first Prima idea book.
It was such a fun process creating for this book and trying to come up with fun new ideas working with products that i love!, and finally the book has hit the stores!!!!
I have not been able to look through it yet but its on its way to my mail box (Yeihhhh) but i have seen a few of the projects the other designers is contributing with and i tell you so many of them has made me gone "ohh" and "ahh" and "why did i not think about that??!!" And so many of my personal favorite scrappers is in there, Ingvild, Janine, Iris, Jamie andChristiane just to name a few and i know there are so much stuff i want to try in there =) And I'm so proud to be one of the designers among these talented girls, and i think it will feel pretty amazing and kind of weird to see your on work in print like that..
If you like prima products, and hey who don't!, you don't want to miss this book and it is the perfect Christmas gift to a fellow scrapper ;)
Christmas is not to far away.... must begin to plan this years Christmas cards =) Christmas is my favorite time of year♥ i have so many crafting ideas in my head for Christmas decorations just have to finish the mini album first *lol*

Something scrappy

Uhmm I'm actually working on a canvas album at the moment but it´s not done yet, i need to find somewhere to buy refill pages (its the prima canvas album from Donna downey) does anyone know where i could get these????

And i thought hey why not start with a mini album that seems like a good thing to start with when you haven't scrapped for half a year ;) I have always admired Cari and her ability to make the most gorgeous mini albums in a snap.. Well all i can say is that now i admire her even more!!!

But I'm having so much fun with it even if it´s taken me longer then what i planed. My fingers are stained with all kind of colors and again i find glue dots all over my floor and on my socks (somehow i always end up on the floor when i scrap...) and I'm happy!!!

When i was looking through my scrap portfolio i found a page i did for prima but it never made it to the blog so i thought that i could show it here now instead.

And i know the layout may seem a bit divalicious ;) self titled and all..
But the journaling is actually more a shout out to my self to believe in myself and to stop second guessing that what i do is good enough..
Something i do need a reminder about time to time.. Right now it is a reminder to start scrapping for real again!!!
Back to the mini album it is!

Do you remember...

Do you remember when you where a little kid and the joy a blank paper could bring, the thoughts of filling that paper with lots of color and thinking about what to draw was a magical feeling, and do you remember when you got (or the times you didn't but borrowed it anyway) to take a look in your mothers make up purse, ohhh the glitter the eye shadows,the pencils the rouge the lipsticks!!!... And how gorgeous you looked after putting everything on your face. Or at least you thought so your self ;)
This sort of magical moments you don't get to experience as much as a grown up, but i love to See that magic in my five year old girls eyes when she gets to play with my make up or when she´s sitting there filling the paper with water colors.. Ahh the joy!
I do feel glimpses of that magic through scrap booking sometimes, especially when I'm shopping new glimmer mist colors i feal like a little kid again, and i do feal the joy of filling a paper with happy scrappy stuff =)
And i do LOVE to shop eye shadows, before i found scrap booking i spent a lot more money on make up and instead of filling papers with colors i tried different make up techniques.
I don't play around with make up as much as i used to, but then i found this girls blog who creates the most amazing looks with eye shadows, I'm stunned by her color matches and the only way i would get my eye to look that colorful is to spray them with glimmer mist, but somehow i don't think that that's the right way to go ;) She has great tutorials all in Swedish but with great pics!! Right now she has a blog candy where you could win a bag from Make up store ( LOVE their stuff!!!) which i of course i would love to do =)

But now i am curios what gives you that magical feeling, please feel free to share!
Now im going watch Greys anatomy =)

Think i might give it a try to bring this blog to life again..

I know its been quiet around here for a looooooooooong time Thank you all of you who has asked me if I'm ok and what has happened with me.. Reading every comment has brought tears to my eyes and i love how caring the scrapbook community is.

Well sometimes life gives you a bit more then what you can handle.. and you need time to heal and try to get a new perspective on things and first after that you can move forward.

So promise that it wont take another 6 months before next post.

so til next time Love to you all. And mayby just mayby i might have something scrappy happy to share with you then.. Scrapping is sort of scary when you havent given it a try for 6 months i tell you!!

Its Friday hooray!! I am home today, Little miss thing has fever but is her usual happy play full self so we are doing fun stuff together, just watched Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses and we will play some with my new big Foam stamps from the Donna Downey line that Prima released this CHA, i bought some dresses and shirts that we will try to print on today promise to show the result here later!

Thanks to the fabulous Augusti73/Anna i found these gorgeous wall papers from Pip studios and i love them, i want to use them on every wall here just as soon as i have talked the hubby in to it ;) apparently he don't think its a good idea to have flowers on every wall.. MEN!!
I got a few samples of the wall papers from PIP, i cut out some of the patterns and has used them on my layouts, i wish PIP did scrap papers to!
Together with some Prima papers and flowers it turned out into a layout!

I used Primas last release "The Tropics" together with my favorite flowers-Evelyn baby lilies for this layout.
The pic always makes me smile and it made me think of my relationship with little miss Thing.. I wish we always will be close and that she knows that no matter what, her father and i will be here for her, that she can relay on us to always be there.

Migraine...

Well for the last nights the little Miss thing has had different kind of ghosts in her room at night.. So she has crawled up in our bed and wants to sleep as close to her mommy as possible (because the ghosts do appear in our room to apparently, and the only safe place is mams arm..and never dads strangely enough at night)
And the hubby dislocated his shoulder for a couple of weeks ago when he was snowboarding..
And well lets say its like having one little Girl and a very BIG little boy (and if your reading this you know i love you, but you are driving me crazy sometimes ;)
So for a few days here i have ended my evenings with migraine..
Don't leave much time for scrapping i have some stuff that i have planed in my head.. Do you also do that, plan future layouts in your head.. Some daydream about summertime.. i scrap daydream ;) I wish i will be able to get those ideas down on paper soon!
In the meantime I'm finishing this post with some more new Prima, this time Strawberry Kisses paper, Camilla flowers, Dianthe Flowers, and Lilliput roses..

She is a girl that loves pink, loves princess stuff, loves to play with dolls, love to dress up in my old dresses,loves jewlery and blingy things (just like her mama) she is Girly but not without attitude i tell you! She always has the best answers to everything, she never let anyone put her down, she is a strong minded little Girl and im proud over her confidence at just 4 yers of age!

This is a layout i made for the Prima booth with their new Gorgeous paperline Raspberry tea, i love the pink against the blue and the vintage details, these papers are so inspiring and kickstarts my creativity! And of course some new Pink flowers from Primas symphony blend package, i wish you could se the gorgeous glitter that is added on the petals!

Now im of to the kitchen to make Fajitas, I LOVE mexican food so much and it always makes me long after all the delicious stuff we ate when we where in San Diego and Mexico, i loved San Diego, still hoping to go back someday!!

Prima Flowers sigh

These are some of my favorite pics of me and the little girl!
Taken by the sweet and talented Jenny Sandberg last spring, Jenny is a sweet friend and a amazing photographer, she always makes me feel relaxed in front of the camera, other wise i rather stand behind it! I love how she always makes the inner essence of a person shine through her pictures, she captures the real side of people and brings out the best of them..
I'm so happy to have her in my life♥
This layout is called "Your Laughter is music to my ears" made with a lot of new Prima CHA stuff some of my personal faves on this one as the big purple Camilla flower the small star shaped pearl penache flowers, the felt swirl and the cute new Pebbles. I also used Primas new clear stamps, Do i need to tel you how excited i am about their new releases???!!!
I know a lot of their new flowers and stuff is hitting the stores right now, which ones are your must haves?
And I'm still amazed by the fact that i managed to do a sort of purple layout, ok i know its a lot of pink but i tried to keep it purple ;)

Snow..

The snow has been falling down for hours here and it is as if the whole city has a white thick blanket over it. Pretty beautiful if you ask me! i love snow. There has been snow here almost since Christmas, it has not been like that here since over 20 years ago!! We are still sick but I'm hoping that tomorrow we will be better so that we could go outdoors and play!
And i have a layout i made for Prima a little while ago about our little snow angel. Used some old Prima scraps and the gorgeous in stitches papers, some of my favorite stuff. Hoping to share some more prima stuff later, i have done a lot of layouts with their new CHA stuff and ohhh this year the papers and flowers and alphas (ok everything!!!) are more AMAZING then ever, im in love i tell you!
Leaving you with snow angel for now, (and a fun tip: I added some pearl maker on the top of the letters and som sticles so it looked like snow on them..)

And not just any kind of Wednesday its Word it Wednesday over at Pink Paislee and its my turn to post!

I did this layout with the gorgeous new Queen bee collection. The papers are so detailed and i love the hues from dark chocolate brown to light yellow green. It also has great patterns for those of us who enjoy hand cutting.. Ok i might not say i enjoy the hand cutting but i love the result it gives on my layouts!

The word i chose to scrap about was Year, if you are interested to read more about the layout check it out on the Pink Paislee blog.
Now its breakfast time here with the little Girl and Sleeping Beauty (home with a sick kiddo today) the joys of life!

Thought long and hard about what i should write as my first post.. I mean this is important stuff, what should it be something scrapped, something bla bla bla, or some chocolate recepie..Or about my latest scrappy happy finds.. Important indeed *lol*

I couldnt resist to show you the pics of the sweet little miss thing here in her new outfit made by the amazingly talented (aka Wonderwoman) and very sweet Janine.
Janine sent this as a gift for the little Girly girl here and i tell you she L.O.V.E.D♥♥♥ it!
Janine now goes under the name " The aussie Fairy goodmother" as well.

I think she should have a etsy shop so she could sell these cute outfits!! She has some more pics on other skirts she made for her little girl on her blog to.they are gorgeous
And as a matter of fact a little birdie told me that it is her Birthday today =)
